The Word as Light and Direction
Pastor Airen taught powerfully on the Word of God as light that removes darkness and confusion from our lives. He emphasised:
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
The Word illuminates our path, reveals God’s will, and gives understanding (Psalm 119:130). He reminded us that Jesus declared, “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life” (John 8:12). When we walk in the light of God’s Word, we gain clarity concerning our job, family, future, identity, and purpose.
Light makes manifest (Ephesians 5:13). As we focus on the Scriptures, hidden things become visible, and we walk in divine direction instead of guessing or struggling.
Grace Multiplied Through the Knowledge of the Word
Pastor Airen explained how grace and peace are multiplied through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord (2 Peter 1:2). We have received “grace for grace” from the fullness of Christ (John 1:16-17). This grace is not luck or chance — it is our inheritance in Christ that positions us for continuous advantage, favour, and victory.
He encouraged us to let the Word of Christ dwell in us richly (Colossians 3:16), because the Word of His grace is able to build us up and give us an inheritance among those who are sanctified (Acts 20:32).
The Word as the Bread of Life
Jesus is the Bread of Life (John 6:33-35). Just as our physical body needs daily food, our spirit needs daily nourishment from God’s Word. We do not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4).
Pastor Airen urged us to develop a consistent habit of feeding on the Word, allowing it to strengthen our inner man and produce the fruits of righteousness in our lives.
Focus and Meditation for Prosperity
A strong emphasis was placed on focused meditation:
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night… for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” (Joshua 1:8)
He challenged us to have a “single eye” (Matthew 6:22) — removing distractions and giving undivided attention to the Word. When our focus is single, our whole life becomes flooded with light and direction.
The Gospel itself is the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16). As we meditate on and declare the Word, we experience transformation, manifestation, and supernatural results in 2026 — our year of greater glory and increase.
Powerful Declarations and Worship
The congregation made bold declarations such as:
- “I live by every word from the mouth of God.”
- “I am positioned for a life of advantage and favour upon favour.”
- “The Word is my light, my life, and my daily bread.”
- “I walk in multiplied grace and victory.”
The service flowed beautifully into heartfelt worship, with songs declaring that the Lord is our portion every day and His faithfulness is great.
A Call to Action: Focus on the Word
Beloved, the clear message from today’s service is this: The Word of God is our light, our life, and the source of multiplied grace. Make it your daily priority to meditate on the Scriptures, speak the Word boldly, and walk in its light. Remove distractions and let the Word dwell richly in you.
